Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is an initiative launched by the Government of India in 2000, aimed at achieving universal elementary education for all children between the ages of 6 and 14 years. The name "Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan" translates to "Education for All Movement," reflecting the mission's goal to ensure that every child has access to free, quality education. SSA is one of the largest educational initiatives in the world, aiming not only to increase the literacy rate but also to bridge.
